This professional mandoline slicer with robust stainless steel frame and height-adjustable razor-sharp V-shaped blade cuts all types of fruit and vegetables, even soft ones with skin. The integrated V-blade is covered by a blade protector for safe handling and storage when not in use. By loosening the wing nuts on both sides of the frame you adjust the height of the support plate and modify the thickness of the sliced food according to your recipe. The markings on the side of the frame indicate the exact thickness of the cut. This can vary between 1 and 10 mm.
