Please note that solutions with a pH of 5 .5 will yield a yellow color test strip that resembles the original color of the dry strip. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Instructions: 1. Take a test strip and dip it into the solution you want to measure. The color of your band will change immediately. 2. Quickly match this color with the color chart inside the package to get the pH in 15 seconds. Don’t wait and let the tape dry! 3. The number next to the color on the graph is your pH. The pH scale goes from 1 (very acidic) to 14 (very basic), 7 is neutral.
